We at Meru Engineers are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and safe manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at merugunjal@gmail.com.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

        Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

        Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–8 business days

        Remote/Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on select products or orders above a certain order value, as indicated on the product page.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier partner's website to monitor your shipment.

6. Courier Partners

We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ekart, or India Post, depending on your location and the nature of the product.

7. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Medical devices and fragile items are given extra protective packaging.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at merugunjal@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91-9022303269. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
