At Meru Engineers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• The product must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation

• A valid order number or purchase receipt must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, assembled, or installed

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or negligence

• Items marked as 'Non-Returnable' on the product page

• Medical consumables or single-use medical items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 2: Share your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product (if damaged)

• Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

• Step 4: If approved, you will receive return pickup details or return shipping instructions

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong product, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at merugunjal@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91-9022303269. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
